GWAR’s “Scumdogs Live” out Today on Pit Records!

“Scumdogs” 30th Anniversary Tour Starts Thursday September 16th

Rejoice humans! The day you’ve been waiting for is here! GWAR have released “Scumdogs Live!” an epic live event, filmed in the basement of GWAR’s Antarctican fortress, now available for you to own on Double LP, Blu-Ray/DVD/CD and cassette. What? You haven’t picked up a copy? Act now to spare your life! You can still order one HERE.

The band’s lead singer, the Berzerker Blóthar sez: “In making this recording, we spared no expense to recreate the atmosphere of those early tours for Scumdogs of the Universe. You can really hear the urgency and drive that comes from a group of rockstar primadonnas, worn down from truckstop love affairs and running dangerously low on shitty cocaine, frozen chicken chimichangas and fortified wine. I had forgotten how powerfully stupid these songs really are, but we managed to capture that perfectly!”

“It was a great honor to don the armor of my fallen comrade, Flattus Maximus, and perform the songs from Scumdogs. Unfortunately I shall be searching the galaxy for an audience worthy of indulging in the soundwaves captured on this audio recording. Until I find them, I suppose Earthlings can take this record for spin,” added guitarist Pustulus Maximus.

Coinciding with this release, GWAR is streaming a performance video of “Sick of You,” from “Scumdogs Live!” Watch the video HERE.

Twitch Users Are Making A Decent Living By Live Streaming

Like most people, I always thought Twitch was a platform that is reserved for the gaming community. After all, that’s what the website is most famous for. However, I’ve recently found out that the platform is actually a hub for all things live streaming. Surprisingly, Twitch users are able to make a lot of money for what they do, here’s how.

Twitch Bits

The basic type of viewer donation that is built into the platform is known as Twitch bits. Users viewing a stream can pay a small (or big) donation toward the livestreamer if they choose to, and Twitch takes a percentage of that amount. Of course, more viewers means more potential for such donations. So, many livestreamers will use StreamOZ to get Twitch followers organically and thus increase their potential revenue. While Twitch bits are available for all Twitch users, some may opt to add a patreon account to receive viewer donations in the form of a premium subscription.

Affiliate Marketing

As with any platform on the internet, Twitch users make use of affiliate marketing programs to earn extra money. Of course, this again depends on a sizable fanbase, but it also adds the fact the the viewers would need to trust the livestreamer’s opinions enough to purchase something based on their recommendations.

Selling Merchandise

For Twitch users that have a substantial follower count, it is worth it to try selling any type of branded merchandise. However, this does not account for a major portion of their earning because merchandise is usually sold as exclusive and isn’t a permanent offer.

Sponsorship Deals – Brand Marketing

Once Twitch users gain enough followers, they attract the attention of businesses that are looking to market their brands on Twitch. Many will strike a deal with sponsors, agreeing to promote their product or increase brand awareness for the products in exchange for monetary compensation. As with any type of social media platform, this type of deal is usually the most lucrative way to earn money through social media. The drawback is that the sponsors will control much of the creative process and the specific marketing messages that the users must use to promote their products. Nonetheless, it remains a goal for many Twitch users to be contacted by sponsors and be able to successfully negotiate a highly profitable sponsorship deal.

Summary

Overall, Twitch users are able to earn a hefty paycheck at the end of the month by combining several of the aforementioned methods. It isn’t easy to be successful on Twitch, but once the ball gets rolling, the road to success seems to be simple enough. Twitch users are interested in a variety of topics, and not just sports or gaming, so don’t be discouraged from joining the platform as a livestreamer and trying to earn some money by focusing on the hobbies you are interested in. There is bound to be a community of people on Twitch that share your interests, so go ahead and start livestreaming with no hesitation.

What are the benefits of a live casino?

Today gambling platforms offer users a variety of options, from blockchain casinos to virtual reality games. Also, among the main trends in online gambling are live casinos with real dealers. Live casino games with live dealers are an online casino movement. This was one of the last developments in 2010 and has developed quickly ever since. This sector is more advanced than many other casino sports, and the presence of a live dealer casino and real physical casino gives the player special advantages. Live casino UK and in other countries has become quite popular, especially in the last 12 months as people have looked for alternatives to visiting physical casinos due to the pandemic, and so it is important to lay out the advantages that such casinos offer which makes them so attractive for gambling fans.

Undeniably, Real-Time Gaming (RTG) is probably one of the most significant benefits of live dealer casinos. Unlike regular land-based casinos that require your physical presence to play, live casinos allow you to experience almost the same fun and action from the comforts of your home. What’s more? You get to watch every move in real-time on your computer or mobile device. You also have the opportunity to observe and follow the game without any restrictions whatsoever, another huge positive.

Live casinos have never been any better thanks to advanced technology. Live streaming has improved the performance of the whole gaming process. Additionally, players are allowed to keep track of events during the gameplay. This means, after placing your bets, you can easily trace the ball on the roulette table or the card during a live blackjack game. This technology ensures a more transparent gaming process devoid of any doubts. There is nothing artificial about a live casino experience and by being able to see the action unfolding in front of your very own eyes, you can be sure that you can trust the cards you are being dealt. The fact that you can see the faces of the professional dealers will also aid in the overall feeling of security when playing online. Gone are the days when you question whether or not the odds are stacked against you.

Although live game studios have emerged quite recently, broadcast-quality has improved dramatically over the years. The operators use the equipment for shooting with the highest resolution. Different cameras provide different viewing angles: focus on the table, on the dealer’s face or hands, on the information fields. Not so long ago, games with elements of slow motion and replays appeared: a separate camera in slow motion shows how the live dealer roulette wheel or the wheel of fortune stops, how the dealer’s hands open the cards. This maximum detail gives great immersion in the game.

Players also have the opportunity to chat and discuss with the dealer and fellow participants in the game. By doing so, players can establish personal bonds and connections during a live casino game. It is rare to be able to talk with the dealers, but it is still helpful to speak with other staff.

Which Star Wars planet is the best to live on?

There are billions of fascinating planets in the galaxy far, far away, but which one would make the best home?

The Star Wars universe is home to an incredible collection of planets. From the desert of Tatooine to the metropolis city of Coruscant, there are countless ways to live a life in the galaxy far, far away.

Of all the planets, though, which would provide the best place to live?

According to to research from Betway casino, we have complied a list of the planets and some pros and cons of living in each one.

BESPIN

Bespin is basically a giant ball of gas. The only thing keeping it hospitable is Cloud City. If you are wondering why it would be a good place to live is due to that fact that Lando Calrissian, the administrator, is the boss there and that dude definitely knows how to throw a party.

CORUSCANT

Coruscant is a bit more hoping that Bespin planet. Coruscant is entirely covered by a giant metropolis. It is also the home to the Jedi Council and the political centre of the galaxy. This is city life for sure 100%. If you are looking for the typical city life that this planet is where it is at.

There is a clear class system here on this planet though with over 1000 levels. So if your loaded with money it might be better for you than just the average worker, since the further down you go its like descending deeper and deeper into the pits of Hell.

ENDOR

Endor is the forest planet, which is also home to the Ewoks. Living here would be a nature lovers dream come true. It is blush with forest ands and trails. As long as you can get along with the little Ewoks, you will be happy here.

HOTH

I don’t know who would want to come to Hoth to be honest, which is a planet covered by snow and ice. Maybe if you were into winter sports, it would be nice otherwise outside of skiing, there is not much here to do. You also especially need to avoid the Wampas, who are very territorial.

NABOO

Naboo is likely one of the best planets in the Star Wars universe. It is the home of Queen Amidala, as well as Jar Jar Binks and the Gungans (which could be considered a problem if you hate Jar Jar like myself). The planet itself is full of culture and beautiful scenery. Honestly if Naboo is good enough for the Queen it is good enough for me to live.

As long as the Gungans don’t bother you too much, fun fact, Naboo was also the birthplace of the Emperor. As long as you can deal with those two facts, this planet might be the place to be if you can afford it that is.

TATOOINE

Tatooine is known best as being the home of Anakin and Luke Skywalker. When you think of Star Wars, this desert planet with two suns, is the first place that I think of. I think of the land as a farming community but everyone seems to earn their own way and I appreciate that.

Tatooine also has the cantinas, which can be a bit deadly if you don’t know how to work the crowds, but if you do it is the coolest of places to be.

ALDERAAN

Alderaan seems to be one of the most beautiful and desirable planets in the entire galaxy. It was also home of Princess Leia and the Organa family…that is until it was destroyed by the Death Star. Like Naboo, it was known for rolling hills, mountains, waterfalls. It was the planet that everyone wanted to live at, at least until it was blown up due to also being the unofficial home of the Rebel Alliance.

MUSTAFAR

Mustafar is a planet that no one wants to visit. It is comprised almost entirely of lava. It is also known as the planet where Anakin Skywaler was struck down by Obi-Wan Kenobi, setting up his new fate as Darth Vader. What is cool as hell is Darth Vader castle, which is located there but otherwise I couldn’t see a reason for visiting here.

DAGOBAH

Dagobah is a remote swamp planet where Yoda trained Luke Skywalker in the ways of the Force. Since it is a remote planet, there isn’t much population of places to live but if you are crafty like Yoda, you can make a hut and make it work in a very minimalist fashion.

There is no shortage of species though on Dagobah, some small and some big, so you got to pick your battles carefully. If you are looking for a smooth meditative place to get your force together and trained up this might be the place to go.

KASHYYYK

Last but not least is Kashyyyk, which is home to the Wookies. Kashyyyk is a jungle planet covered in giant trees. There are some beautiful beaches and treehouses for living it up and to relax at but there are some strange species here including giant slugs and spiders out there as well, so you better get some Wookies on your side to help keep you safe.

Staind Guitarist Mike Mushok Discusses New Live Album “Live: It’s Been Awhile”

The rock group Staind is back on May 7th with their first release in nine years titled “Live: It’s Been Awhile”. Accompanying the album’s release is a two-night streaming event titled “The Return Of Staind: A Two Part Global Streaming Series”. Media Mikes had the chance recently to talk with Staind guitarist Mike Mushok about the release, the set of streaming performances and the bands plans for going forward.

Adam Lawton: Can you tell us about the decision to release the bands new album now amidst the ongoing pandemic?

Mike Mushok: If this were a record with new material, we would be holding on to it like a lot of other bands are. This was a chance for us to get some material out there as we were trying to put a couple things together at one time. We had filmed the show where we got back together in 2019 at the Foxwoods Casino. We put a lot more than normal into that show and we wanted to capture all of that. Starting May 1st fans can stream that show. The album will come out May 7th and then on May 8th we will be doing another stream celebrating the 20-year anniversary of “Break the Cycle”.

AL: What was it like putting together the “Break the Cycle” show

MM: It is definitely different going out there and performing with no audience. It is almost like a rehearsal that is being filmed. It’s different but, you just get into what you are doing and do the best you can. I thought the venue we chose to film at was great and the lighting looked great as well. I don’t remember how many different cameras were being used but some of what I have seen is really exciting. To go along with the performance is a short documentary which takes fans back to where we were when the album initially was released. I also went back and found a ton of old footage from around that time is well. When I was going through all this stuff, I actually found the footage from our first gig ever in 1995.The cool thing about that was it was filmed about three blocks from where we shot this new performance There’s a lot of other things that fans will get to see besides us performing the record.

AL: How was it as a band revisiting this material?

MM: It was great to be able to go back and revisit such a good time in our career. This was our most successful record and it really changed everything for us. It was cool going back listening to things and relearning that material. There are a few songs that we had never played lived from this record so that was another that was really cool.

AL: The band had plans to go out and tour in 2020 but due to the pandemic those shows were unable to happen. Have there been any talks about trying to reschedule?

MM: We are trying to figure that all out right now. We had originally planned to go out with Disturbed as part of their 20-year celebration of “The Sickness”. That tour was recently cancelled but we are looking at some festival shows in July that we are booked for as well as some shows later in the summer. We are still waiting on confirmation of those so there is still a chance that we will be out there later this year. I think everyone is still just trying to figure stuff out as every place is different which makes things challenging.

AL: How much of an effect did the Pandemic have on the band personally being that you had just gotten back together after some time?

MM: We had a great plan in place, and it was disappointing. I was definitely looking forward to getting back out there. I can’t complain though as other people have gone and continue to go through way worse things. During that first part of things when I was home, and you couldn’t go anywhere it was nice to be able to be with my family and not have to worry about other obligations. It was great to just be together and now things are starting to get back to the way they were and that is nice also. For the band we are looking to regroup and get things back on track. 2021 seems like it is going to be this feeling out period as more and more things change and open.

AL: Your involved with a couple other projects can you give us an update on those?

MM: I have the band Saint Asonia with Adam Gontier who used to be in Three Days Grace. We are working on some new music and hope to have an EP out sometime soon. Staind is also working on some new material as well. Aaron is finishing up a country record at the moment and once that is done, we can start digging through some of the material we have. I am part owner of the Six String Grill and Stage in Foxboro; Massachusetts and we are starting to look at being able to book shows there again later this year. Combine all of that with being a dad and a husband I am pretty busy (Laughs).

Album Review: Lamb of God “Live in Richmond, VA” LP

“Live in Richmond, VA” LP

Lamb of God

Epic Records

Tracks: 10

Our Score: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Originally, released June 19 of 2020Lamb of God’s first new album in five years was met with universal acclaim. The self- titled album landed at number one on the Overall, Rock and Metal iTunes album chart upon release and would then go on to take the coveted #1 spot on Consequences of Sound’s Top 30 Metal + Hard Rock Albums of 2020. “Live in Richmond, VA” was recorded at The Broadberry in the band’s hometown of Richmond, Virginia and gives fans their first live taste of the new material due to the COVID 19 pandemic postponing the bands scheduled spring/summer tour.

When COVID-19 brought the world to a standstill in early 2020 it also brought with it a whole host of questions and problems. For musicians they could no longer support new releases due the traditional routes of promotion being put on hold or cancelled. To combat that artists turned to live streaming performances which fans could watch from the safety of their homes. Lamb of God took that model and ran with it. Over the course of two nights in September of 2020 the band performed their latest self-titled release just as it appears on the studio version. Live albums tend to be hit or miss for me, but I have to say I actually almost prefer the live version of “Lamb of God” to the studio version. Don’t get me wrong the studio version is a great album but this newly released live version really captures the band in their element giving each of the ten songs extra edge and bite. “Momento Mori” and “Resurrection Man” kick off each side of the LP setting the standard high for the tracks which follow. Songs like “Checkmate”, “Gears” and “Poison Dream” pulverize your senses via the razor like vocals of Randy Blythe and the twin guitar attack of Willie Adler and Mark Morton while other songs like “New Colossal Hate”, Bloodshot Eyes” and “On The Hook” go straight in for the kill with thunderous bottom end courtesy of bassist John Campbell and drummer Art Cruz.

This was a record I found myself listening to multiple times in one sitting. A rarity for me as I tend to have a tension span that is a bit on the shorter side especially when it comes to music. The overall mix of the album combined with the bands impressive performance kept me coming back for more even after listening to it in succession. Though I had wished the full live performance had been included on the 150 gram LP as those missing songs would have been a nice bonus but, given the time constraints vinyl present I understand. Thankfully, the complete performance is available in a Deluxe three-disc version of “Lamb of God” which includes the studio version of the record, the live version including two bonus tracks and a live DVD performance. If you missed the initial streams or you want to revisit those performance’s, you will certainly want to grab one of these as you won’t be disappointed.

3.) Gears

4.) Reality Bath

Lights, camera, action – a guide to live casino

Online casinos have opened our eyes to a whole world of possibilities. The accessibility to play at home or on-the-go, through a portable device. The convenience to play at any time of day, as games are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and almost instantly. The vast array of gaming options, variations and promotions to entice new players and keep current customers loyal. But then there’s live casino – to help bridge the gap between land-based establishments and online casino gaming. Keep reading as we give you a quick run-down of what live casino is and what you can expect.

What is live casino?

First things first, live casino is exactly that. It mirrors the authenticity of playing at a brick-and-mortar casino, but of course, you’re playing at an online casino. Rather than the computerised graphics that you can expect to find when playing online Blackjack, Roulette, or other casino games, with live casino, what you see is what you get.

Games are filmed through high-definition cameras, which stream the action in real-time, directly to your chosen device. Games are run by professional, human dealers and all the dedicated equipment will be laid out before your very eyes. If you’re playing Roulette, you’ll see the betting table and the dealer stood behind the wheel. The dealer will move the chips to your chosen bets, and spin the wheel, the same way they would at a land-based casino.

What technology is involved in live casino?

As you’d expect, there’s an awful lot of technology involved in ensuring that live casino games run as smoothly and authentically as possible. It all might sound rather complicated, to a beginner. Of course, you don’t need to know about this, in order to play the games themselves – but it’s always interesting to have a bit more of an understanding, or a behind-the-scenes view of things.

While the cameras are incredibly important, and there will be multiple cameras at once, filming different shots and angles, there is something that’s even more important. It’s known as the Game Control Unit, or GCU, and it’s a small device, even smaller than a shoebox. The aim of the GCU is to encode the video that is being broadcast – without it, the games cannot run. Live casino games also employ the use of Optical Camera Recognition, or OCR, and this is what captures any key movement of the game, which then uses a video link to broadcast games to the players. For example, it could pick up the shuffling and dealing of a deck of cards – it’s what makes the gaming experience more life-like, as though players are at a brick-and-mortar casino.

What are the advantages of live casino?

  • Play your favourite casino games in real-time, against human dealers and alongside real players
  • Play games at any time and from anywhere – no waiting around for the casino to open, or worrying about travel time and links
  • Instant access – there are a whole host of different live casino lobbies, and you won’t be left waiting around for games to start. Simply find your game of choice and get playing
  • The ability to socialise – a live chat function allows you to converse with the dealer and fellow players, again all streamed in real-time
  • Promotions – much like online casinos, there will be offers and bonuses awarded to players, specifically for the live casino section of the site/app. Be sure to take advantage of promotions, but always remember to read the accompanying terms and conditions

First Photographer Niall Fennessy Will Open His Virtual Gallery With An Interview With Stix Zadinia on February 1st at 12:00PM PST

As the music industry waits for a time when touring can return and fans can gather to celebrate the music of their favorite artists again, Steel Panther has begun another charitable endeavor to help support concert photographers that have been sidelined since the Covid-19 pandemic began. Aside from venues, promoters, support staff, and patrons – concert photographers have had no performances to cover since March 2020.

Steel Panther has decided to partner with 7 of their longtime collaborators to curate a virtual photo exhibition of each individual’s work for a 2-week period. Each photographer has captured the band with their lens at various points of their career. Fans can purchase exclusive prints that were hand-picked by the band and photographers in various configurations with the profits going to help each photographer during this touring shutdown. All images are available as a Premium Matte Poster, Framed Print or Framed Canvas with prices starting as low as $24.99.

The photo exhibition will be available to see and purchase here: https://steelpantherrocks.com/pages/sex-jpgs-rock-n-roll.

To coincide with the launch of each gallery, an individual band member will interview the photographer about their work, any memories from covering Steel Panther, and allow fans to interact with them when time permits. The first gallery will be by legendary photographer Niall Fennessy who has been following the band for years. Drummer Stix Zadinia will sit down with Niall at 12:00PM PST on February 1st for a chat.

The conversation will be available online afterwards and fans can go to: https://steelpantherrocks.com/pages/sex-jpgs-rock-n-roll to check out the conversation. A new gallery will be available for fans to peruse and purchase and every 2 weeks.

The schedule for photographers is:

Feb 1: Niall Fennessy – interviewed by Stix

Feb 15: Joe Lester – interviewed by Satchel

Mar 1: Richard Booth – interviewed by Satchel

Mar 15: Evil Robb – interviewed by Michael

Mar 29: Pamela Sprenger – interviewed by Lexxi

Apr 12: Charlie Steffens – interviewed by Michael

Apr 26: David Jackson – interviewed by Stix

“You see them all the time. They block your view for the first 3 songs and you may even kick them in the back of the head while crowd surfing, but these unsung heroes never complain or kick you back. These photographers have been friends of Steel Panther for a while and we decided for all they have done for us, this was the least we can do. So grab your fancy berets and prepare to learn a thing or two from Steel Panther photography exhibit Sex, JPEGS and Rock & Roll. Admission is free so don’t be cheap and buy something to support these artists.”

Play live casino games in the online casino

Live casino is all about the total experience, the full package. The excitement of the game, the interaction with the dealer and the presence of other gambling lovers: it all plays a part. You feel like you are on a real night out, although you are just sitting at home, in front of your computer. It is not hard to understand why live casino has become so popular over the last few years.

A short history of the live casino

The gambling world has been turned upside-down in the last decade. With the rise of the internet, companies were quick to understand its enormous potential. The online casino was simply a logical next step.

First a number of simple casino games became available for online playing. Although it did not take too long for slot machines and other casino games to become more flashy and modern. This was mainly a result of the improving techniques behind them. Yet something was still lacking. Somehow, the feeling that you get when sitting down at a real table is just different from when you are playing the simulated version of the poker- or roulette game. You miss the interaction with the dealer. Also, a game of blackjack against a computer is significantly less exciting than against a real dealer.

Playing in a live casino attempts to mimick the real casino experience as much as possible. And because the technique keeps getting better, they are doing a remarkably good job at it. So it is definitely not surprising that the live casino has found its rightful place in the gambling world.

Discover the many advantages

Each player has his or her own reasons for choosing a live casino. The most frequently cited reason is the ease offered by such an online casino. You do not have to leave your own home in order to play your favorite game. Most live casinos are opened 24/7 as well. This way, you can decide for yourself whether you’d like to place a bet in the early morning, the late evening or in the middle of the night. The best thing is that you do not have to worry about the clothes you are wearing. After all, there is no one there who can see you wearing jogging pants and an old T-shirt.

Obviously there are many more advantages. For example, you never have to wait until a spot frees up, since each gaming table can be occupied by dozens of different players. Besides, you can see what is happening on your screen in real-time. This way, you no longer have to rely on the Random Number Generator (RNG). For the somewhat sceptical gambler, this will be quite a relief.

How does a live casino work?

For most online casinos a (free) demo version is available of the gambling machines that are listed on the website. This is different for the live casino games. Only paying players are allowed to take part and join one of the tables.

Therefore, if you want to engage in live gambling, you first have to register at the casino. It is recommendable to instantly deposit money in your account as well. After all, there is very little for you to do in the live casino without cash for playing. Once this is settled, it is time to select a playing table. You determine the amount of your bet yourself. Although there might be a minimum or maximum amount set by the casino. After making a bet, the game is ready to start. Since all the action is happening right in front of your face, you will feel the excitement and anticipation cursing right through your vein. This is gambling as it was intended to be.

Game support by professional dealers

The live casino gives you that true casino feeling. This is largely due to the professional dealers supporting the games. These ladies and gentlemen are all dressed up nicely, in a fancy dress or all suited up. This immediately adds to the special atmosphere inside the casino. Of course you will be warmly welcomed before starting the game as well. This way, live gambling truly feels like a fun night out.

Each dealer is stationed at his or her own playing table. Via the webcam and a microphone you can follow everything. You can see how dealers professionally deal the cards or how they drop the ball in the roulette wheel. You will even hear them say the famed words ‘rien ne va plus’. Because everything happens live on your screen, you can respond directly. Would you like to request an extra card during the game of blackjack? And do you dare to bluff during a game of poker or is it wiser to play it safe? If you have any questions, you can ask those in the live chat. This way, you are in constant contact with the dealers of the casino. It is almost as if you are in a real casino.

Live connection with a studio or a casino

Many online casinos work with special webcam dealers. These ladies and gentlemen are located inside a small studio that contains a number of playing tables. However, there is a small number of gambling companies that do this differently. They work together with a real casino, as a result of which you can take a seat at a crowded blackjack or roulette table via your computer. You see the people that are present in the casino at that exact moment in time. And you are just one of them. If that does not count as a special experience?

Online casino with live dealers

For many live casinos, you will have a choice between English-speaking dealers. Generally this does not lead to any real problems. After all, you will not be having in-depth conversations with the dealer in question. Yet some gamblers will be more comfortable to take a seat at a table with a dealer from their own country. For example a dealer in the German, French, Italian or Spanish language. Generally online casinos with a license in Europe offer live casino with dealers from several countries. This way, you can select a dealer and language of your choice. Something that will definitely enhance your experience!

Which games are available in the live casino?

In the live casino, you can find a number of classic table games. This includes card games such as blackjack, baccarat, poker and punto banco. Furthermore, many casinos also offer live roulette. The rules of the game in the live casino are exactly the same as in a real casino. The only difference is that there is a screen between you and the playing table.

Live roulette

In live roulette, it is all about a small ball. Before the game starts, you place your chips on a specific number (or a series of numbers) or a specific color. After that, the question is where the ball will fall. There are many different varieties of this classic casino game. For example, the gaming table for American roulette has a different layout than the one used for European roulette. Subsequently, immersive roulette lets you follow the game from different camera angles. In the live casino you will find out soon enough which variety suits you best.

Live blackjack

Blackjack is one of the most well-known card games in the casino. The goal of the game is simple. You have to get the total point value of the cards as close to 21 as possible. In this game, you have to beat the dealer. Do you end up above 21 points? Then you lose.

Live punto banco

Punto banco is amongst the most famous and simplest varieties of the baccarat game. You only have to decide who gets closer to 9 points with their cards. There are just three options: the player (punto), the bank (banco) or a tie (egalite). Neither the players nor the bank have any influence on the progression of the game. Fate decides. This is why live punto banco is perfectly suited for new players.

Live poker

Does your heart flutter when hearing terms such as ‘royal flush’, ‘full house’ and ‘four of a kind’? Then take a seat at the poker table. Live poker really is a game for experienced players. This is because there are so many different rules and strategies. A novice will quickly find himself lost in the intricacies of the game. If you do not have a lot of experience yet, it is better to start off with a card game such as blackjack or baccarat.

Which gaming table do you select?

You might already have an idea as to what game you would like to play in the live casino. Will it be roulette, blackjack or are you ready for an exciting game of poker? Still, this is not the only choice for you to make. Most casinos boast multiple gaming tables, all of which are markedly different. For example, there are the various varieties of the games. There is Texas Hold’em poker, Caribbean Stud poker, American roulette, European roulette, Double Ball roulette and immersive roulette. And this is only to name a few of the many available variaties.

Many casinos also work with a different minimal bet per gaming table. It is always clearly indicated. This way, you can easily select a game that is best suited to your playing style and budget.

The VIP live casino

Enthusiastic, loyal players are highly valued at many casinos. And for a good reason. They like to gamble with higher amounts and are more daring and willing to take risks. In order to keep those players tied to them, they will be rewarded with a VIP status. With this status, they are entitled to extra casino bonuses, professional guidance and higher bets.

This is why you might just come across a special VIP table in the live casino. It is only accessible for selected players. They will get the best possible treatment. The game is led by the very best dealers and the maximum bet is higher than for other tables. Once you win, this automatically guarantees you a nice profit. Sounds good? Make sure that you are regularly spending time in the casino. Who knows, you might eventually be eligible for the highly desired VIP status.

Live gambling on your desktop, mobile or tablet

Live casino has become extremely popular in the last few years. There are millions of people worldwide who like to take a regular gamble. You could, of course, opt for logging in via your laptop or pc. Although there are many other options. Most gambling companies have developed a special mobile website or app. And these also allow for live casino. This way, you can play a live game of roulette or blackjack while sitting in a cafe, waiting for your 10am meeting.

Please note that the game selection in the mobile casino might be somewhat less extensive than in a regular live casino. The standard games (such as Texas Hold’em poker and French roulette) are oftentimes present. For other variations of these table games, you are still dependent on the desktop version of the website.

Casino TV: is this the future?

Currently, you can already gamble live via your laptop, tablet and your cellphone. In the future, you might not even need those devices. A trend is emerging in the world of online live gambling. This is Casino TV. With this, the most popular casino games will be broadcast live on tv. This allows you to bet without getting up from your lazy chair. Although, Casino TV is still in development and not everywhere available in Europe. However, once the results from other countries turn up promising, this might change. So, who knows, Casino TV might be the future of live gambling.

Reliable casinos for live gambling

Many online casinos are based in Malta or Cyprus. Such as Royal Panda, that has a license of the Maltese gaming authority. The rules for this are very strict, and the gaming authorities are keeping a close watch. Therefore, you can trust that you are able to gamble safely with Royal Panda, Le
