Single is Debut Release from the Band’s New Label Frontiers Music SRL

After what has felt like an eternity for fans, California’s most outrageous metal maestros Steel Panther return with an anthem for the ages. The quartet comprised of Michael Starr, Satchel, Spyder, and Stix Zadinia have crafted a tribute to moms everywhere in honor of their favorite Hallmark holiday: Mother’s Day. “The Mother’s Day Song” is quintessential Steel Panther, packed with catchy riffs, driving rhythms, and unforgettable, sing-along choruses. The band’s irreverent ode to mothers across the globe is delivered with their signature humor and over-the-top style, celebrating the women who bring future generations into the world—Steel Panther style.

The song is now available via all digital service providers: https://ffm.to/steelpanther-themothersdaysong.

A music video for the track, directed by longtime collaborator J.T. Arbogast, pays homage to The Beatles’ iconic performance on The Ed Sullivan Show. In the video, Steel Panther don their sharpest suits, performing against a stark white backdrop in a tongue-in-cheek nod to the legendary broadcast. It’s poised to become another standout entry in the band’s already celebrated catalog of visuals.

The official music video for “The Mother’s Day Song” can be seen here: https://youtu.be/xX0moP9c-OU.

“The Mother’s Day Song” is the first piece of original music from Steel Panther in three years. The song is also the first release from the band’s new label home, Frontiers Music SRL. The label recently made headlines with their incredible success with the release of the final album by Dave Mustaine and Megadeth.

“We’ve signed a lot of things in our career including more body parts than we can remember, but we have now officially signed with Frontiers. Serafino and his team sent us a better batch of drugs and hookers than they gave to Dave Mustaine and Megadeth, and we all saw how great that album did. Those Italians know how to rub us the right way, and they paid us while doing it. We can’t wait to go visit them in their homeland and enjoy their women and wine. Hide your moms, priests, and nuns,” explained Steel Panther about the singing.

More music from Steel Panther and Frontiers Music SRL will be released in the near future.

Fresh off a successful North American tour, the band is currently enjoying some well-earned downtime before heading overseas. Steel Pantherwill kick off their Europe Twenty Twenty S€X Tour on June 15 in Paris, FR wrapping on July 25 in Southampton, UK.

Shock rock legends GWAR are back to wreak havoc across North America this fall with their latest campaign of carnage: the “Gor Gor Must Die! Tour.” The intergalactic tyrants will once again bring their blood-soaked spectacle to stages nationwide, delivering the kind of over-the-top performance only GWAR can unleash.

Joining GWAR on this descent into chaos is black ‘n’ roll powerhouse Midnight as direct support, while the unholy fast-food parody metal outfit Mac Sabbath will open every night of the tour. Select dates will also feature appearances from X-COPS and Atomic Rule, ensuring each night is stacked and that this will be the fall tour not to be missed.

The tour kicks off October 27th in Charlottesville, VA, and will tear through major cities across the U.S. and Canada, including a special appearance aboard The Headbangers Boat, before wrapping up December 12th in Norfolk, VA. Expect a full-scale blood-drenched production of heavy metal, horror, and comedy with relentless energy, and plenty of surprises as GWAR tangles with their prodigal child Gor Gor.

Speaking about the tour, The Berserker Blothar says:

“As both father and mother to our precious dinosaur Gor Gor, my hearts break to see what he has become: a crack-addicted truck-stop lizard-of-the-evening. We didn’t raise him to hustle his cloaca up and down the street. It is time for some tough love! Come watch as GWAR lays a whoopin’ on his giant red ass on the ‘Gor Gor Must Die Tour’ with Midnight, Mac Sabbath, X-Cops, and Atomic Rule.”

Pre-sales begin tomorrow, and the general on-sale is this Friday at 10:00 AM local time. Get your tickets and VIP packages at GWAR.net.

From their upcoming album VINDICATE available worldwide on MAY 8 via Spinefarm

2026 Headline Tour Kicks Off Saturday, April 25

With their seventh studio album VINDICATE available in two weeks, Black Veil Brides are back with a collaboration the metal world never saw coming.

“Revenger” featuring Machine Head is the latest song (the seventh if you are keeping score) from their Spinefarm debut out on May 8th. The track frames vengeance as fantasy and delusion, following a self-styled avenger convinced that retribution could deliver justice. “Revenger” featuring Machine Head further showcases the versatility of the band comprised of vocalist Andy Biersack, guitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx, bassist Lonny Eagleton, and drummer Christian Coma.

“I have always been interested in the sort of ethical dilemma that we have culturally of cheering for justice. I thought it would be an interesting exercise to write lyrics from the perspective of someone who is trying to seek out the ultimate form of justice.

Because I was writing from someone else’s voice, this felt like the kind of song that would be best served by having someone else’s voice on the song. So, we brought in Robb Flynn of Machine Head. The reason he came to mind first was of course his voice, tonality and style I thought was perfect for this. He is also someone who was one of the first real defenders of Black Veil Brides. In the early days when we were getting absolutely shit on by every other metal band, Robb Flynn and Machine Head stood up for us and said positive things about us and has maintained that for years and years.

I think it’s one of my favorite songs on the record.”

The song is available via all digital service providers here: https://BlackVeilBrides.lnk.to/Revenger

A visualizer for “Revenger” feat. Machine Head can also be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F680LN6MBNs.

A companion novel called Revenger written by Biersack and distributed by Simon & Schuster is available for purchase here.

The band recently made headlines when the track “Woe & Pain” from VINDICATE was used in the hype package between Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton for Wrestlemania 42.

The official hype video can be seen here: https://youtu.be/Jn-jzX-wejk?si=SNi4LiRBroxZUJF3.

With anticipation building at every turn, Black Veil Brides are preparing to release their highly anticipated seventh studio album, Vindicate. From the opening organ introduction and dramatic soliloquy of “Invocation To The Muse” to the emotive finale of “Eschaton,” the band deliver one of the most ambitious chapters of their career. Previously released singles including “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” “Certainty” and “Vindicate” have already showcased the band’s continued musical evolution while maintaining the theatrical intensity that has defined their sound.

The album is now available for pre-order here: https://blackveilbrides.lnk.to/vindicatepreorder.

The track listing for Vindicate is:

1) Invocation To The Muse
2) Vindicate
3) Certainty
4) Bleeders
5) Hallelujah
6) Cut
7) Alive
8) Purgatory
9) Revenger
10) Sorrow
11) Grace
12) Ave Maria
13) Woe & Pain
14) Eschaton

In support of the new album, Black Veil Brides will embark on their first North American headline tour of 2026. The 24-city run kicks off April 25 in Riverside and concludes May 30 in Worcester. Along the way, the tour will make stops in Seattle (April 28), Houston (May 5), Detroit (May 17), and New York (May 28), among others.

Devin Townsend launches new single ‘Home At Night

Devin Townsend launches delicate and expansive new single ‘Home At Night’

Second single taken from ambitious, orchestral-metal opus ‘The Moth’

“The Moth is about the journey—but it is also about arrival”

Canadian metal maverick Devin Townsend recently announced the long-awaited release of his ambitious, orchestral-metal opus ‘The Moth’, out 29th May 2026 via InsideOutMusic.

An album over a decade in the making, it existed in the back of Devin Townsend’s mind as his “life’s work”. Then, about six years ago, after an acoustic show in Amsterdam, Townsend was approached by the head of the North Netherlands’ Orchestra and Choir with an offer; and with that moment The Moth stopped being an idea and began to become a reality.

Today, Devin is pleased to release the video for the track ‘Home At Night’; a track that shows a more delicate side of ‘The Moth’, but one that is no less expansive. Watch the video, produced by longtime collaborator Mike Zimmer, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ft-oXVpP4I

Devin comments: “For the second song we release from ‘The Moth’, I present ‘Home at Night’. One of the first pieces written for the project, it came from the difficulty of being away from home with young kids and a family.

The video reflects my relationship with the more “drama student” side of my personality, with a healthy dose of the “trolololo guy” aesthetic 🙂

Within the arc of The Moth, the song is sung from the point of view of the antagonist on the verge of leaving for battle. The broader story will unfold in time (if people are interested), but at its core, ‘The Moth’ is a dystopian reflection on transformation—going through the fire to meet ourselves, maintaining equilibrium in difficult moments, and not letting our light fade as the old falls away and the new takes its place.”

Both the album version and ‘The Afterlife’ version of ‘Home At Night’ can be streamed now here: https://dvn.lnk.to/HomeAtNight

Watch the previously released video for ‘Enter The City’ here: https://youtu.be/Ih78rQZT8U4

The Moth constitutes 3 distinct parts across its release. In addition to the main album, The Moth – The Afterlife highlights the grandeur of the orchestra & choir, in what might be considered a more pure version of The Moth experience. The Moth – The War is a recording of the live musical debut that took place in March 2025 in The Netherlands, showcasing the raw emotion of performing The Moth for the very first time.

The Moth will be available on several formats including Ltd Deluxe 3CD+Blu-ray Artbook that includes the album on CD1, ‘The Moth – The Afterlife’ on CD2 & ‘The Moth – The War (Live)’ on CD3. The Blu-ray includes the full ‘The Moth – The War’ live film, as well as Dolby Atmos & High Resolution Stereo Mixes of the ‘The Moth’ and ‘The Moth – The Afterlife’. It will also be available as Limited 2CD Edition (including ‘The Moth-The Afterlife’ on CD2), Standard CD Jewelcase and as Gatefold Triple-Gatefold 180g 2LP & Fold-Out LP-booklet, as well as digitally. Pre-order now here: https://dvn.lnk.to/TheMoth

Killswitch Engage — Jesse Leach, vocals; Adam Dutkiewicz, guitar; Joel Stroetzel, guitar; Mike D’Antonio, bass; and Justin Foley, drums — have just added more tour dates to their upcoming 2026 tour schedule.

The band will first embark on a headline tour, which kicks off June 3 in Detroit and runs through June 27 in San Francisco, and includes appearances at Milwaukee Metal Fest and DC Warped Tour Weekend. Support will come from Machine Head, Iron Reagan, and Havok.

They will then head to Canada in August for a headline run, from August 5 through August 16. Machine Head and Malevolence will support. The Canadian trek includes appearances at the Rock La Cauze Festival and Burt Block Party.

KsE have also added more U.S. dates in September, with Machine Head, Rivers of Nihil, and Judiciary. Those dates run from September 19 through October 1 and include appearances at Louder Than Life and Aftershock.

“We are all beyond excited to get back on the road in support of our latest album This Consequence,” says Leach. “This upcoming run will see us bringing two distinct and devastating lineups across Canada and a small run around the United States. Each lineup is built to deliver a unique and crushing experience.”

He elaborates, “For our Canadian dates, we’ll be hitting major cities alongside the legendary Machine Head and the relentless force that is Malevolence. This is a power trio bill designed to level every stage we step on pure intensity, groove, and aggression. Canada, roll up!”

He continues, “For our United States run, we’re bringing a different kind of devastation. Joining us are once again the legends Machine Head, the prolific heaviness of Rivers of Nihil, and the raw, unfiltered intensity of Judiciary. This lineup delivers a dynamic blend of atmosphere, technicality, and sheer hardcore aggression!”

Leach finishes, “Two unique lineups, one mission: To tear it up everywhere we go. Hell yes, my friends!”

Finnish rock band THE 69 EYES is thrilled to announce their new EP ‘I Survive,’ set for release on June 5, 2026 via BLKIIBLK. To celebrate the announcement, the band shares a cover of the timeless Thin Lizzy hit “Cold Sweat.”

After touring Europe earlier this year with D-A-D on the Cowpunks & Glampires tour and continuing with shows in Finland, the new single is a fresh-sounding and hard-rocking take on the song, originally released in 1983.

THE 69 EYES version is produced by Erno Laitinen and mixed by Barry Pointer (Ozzy Osbourne, Mötley Crüe). The video for the song was filmed in January during the band’s recent European tour. It features a cameo by Portuguese goth legend Fernando Ribeiro from Moonspell.

Vocalist Jyrki 69 comments:

“A friend of mine sent me our demo of ‘Cold Sweat’ from over ten years ago and asked why we never released it. After hearing the demo, Gabi Hakanen, head of Vallila Music House, said this is exactly THE 69 EYES at their best. Rock for the radio! Every respectable rock band also covers Thin Lizzy at some point, so now that is done as well.”

The band will continue touring in Finland until early April, after which they will return to the rest of Europe. See the updated tour dates HERE.

Once you’ve survived the 80’s rock scene, you become unstoppable – and THE 69 EYES are living proof. Formed in Helsinki in 1989 and still going strong with the same line-up some four decades later, the Helsinki Vampires have earned their legendary status.

In a world with fewer and fewer true believers in leather jackets, midnight sunglasses, and low-slung guitars, THE 69 EYES keep the Johnny Thunders flame burning like an endless sleazy club night back in the days.

Their biggest hit, “Lost Boys” from 2005, was made into an iconic music video by MTV’s Jackass star and skater Bam Margera and remains on annual Halloween rock playlists.

One foot on glam, another one on goth, THE 69 EYES have released thirteen albums, reaching gold and platinum and a mainstream status in their native Finland, where they are signed to Gabi Hakanen’s Vallila Music House. Their previous studio album, ‘Death Of Darkness,’ was released in 2023, and they have been touring without any notable breaks all over the world for the last twenty years.

Vocals, a lead and a rhythm guitar, a bass, and drums are the classic rock band line-up. THE 69 EYES have that magic on stage that is needed for these elements to carry on beyond the rock’n’roll dreams, theirs and their cult following.

Skid Row’s Rachel Bolan Announces Solo Debut As “Bolan” | First Single + Video “At War With Myself”

SKID ROW’S RACHEL BOLAN ANNOUNCES HIS SOLO DEBUT AS “BOLAN”

FIRST SINGLE + VIDEO “AT WAR WITH MYSELF” (FEAT. DANKO JONES) OUT TODAY! — LISTEN + WATCH

ALBUM GARGOYLE OF THE GARDEN STATE OUT JUNE 12 — PRE-ORDER

After four decades as the driving force behind Skid Row, bassist and songwriter Rachel Bolan steps forward with his first-ever solo album under the name BOLAN. Gargoyle of the Garden State is a bold, deeply personal debut rooted in the grit, attitude, and storytelling spirit of his New Jersey upbringing.

Produced by multi‑Grammy winner Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Skid Row, Rush, Evanescence, Alice In Chains), the album began as a simple conversation between friends. What started casually quickly evolved into a record that would ultimately define Bolan’s voice as both a songwriter and storyteller.

“Gargoyle of the Garden State is not a project, it is every bit of my soul,” says Bolan. “Like me, it knows when to be serious and also knows where the party is.”

PRE-ORDER THE ALBUM HERE.

Musically, the album delivers hook-driven, anthemic songs that fuse punk energy with melodic sensibility, wrapped in swagger and raw edge what early listeners have already called “quintessentially New Jersey.” Among its standout moments is a surprising cover of Oasis’ “Rock And Roll Star,” reimagined through Bolan’s distinctive lens.

Expanding beyond his role as a bassist, Bolan performs the majority of instruments, shaping the record from the ground up. Drawing on influences from Brit Pop and glam to punk rock and new wave, the album represents a lifetime in music.

Gargoyle of the Garden State also features an impressive lineup of guests, including Corey Taylor, Danko Jones, Nuno Bettencourt, Damon Johnson, Steve Conte, and fellow Skid Row members Scotti Hill, Dave “Snake” Sabo, and Rob Hammersmith.

“It was incredible to work with so many of my talented friends an experience I wish everyone could have at least once,” Bolan adds.

The album is out on June 12 and will be available as CD digipak, LP gatefold, as well as digital and download.

At its core, Gargoyle of the Garden State is Bolan at his most honest, a record full of attitude, melody, and personality unmistakably his own.

2026 Headline Tour Starts April 25

With anticipation building at every turn, Black Veil Brides have announced their highly anticipated seventh studio album, VINDICATE. The record will be released worldwide on May 8 via Spinefarm.

The album is now available for pre-order here: https://blackveilbrides.lnk.to/vindicatepreorder.

From the opening organ introduction and dramatic soliloquy of “Invocation To The Muse” to the emotive finale of “Eschaton,” the band—vocalist Andy Biersack, guitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx, bassist Lonny Eagleton, and drummer Christian Coma—deliver one of the most ambitious chapters of their career. Previously released singles including “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” and “Certainty” have already showcased the band’s continued musical evolution while maintaining the theatrical intensity that has defined their sound.

“This record is rooted in the feelings of revenge and vindication. These are emotions that can either push us forward or hold us back. There’s a duality to them. They can fuel growth, drive ambition, and help us rise above what’s tried to break us, but they can also become destructive if we let them consume us,” explains Andy Biersack.

Each song explores a different side of that struggle. Sometimes it’s about getting even with someone else, sometimes it’s about confronting ourselves and our past, our pain, or the things that were done to us. At its core, though, this album is about resilience.

It’s for anyone who’s ever had their dreams doubted or their fire challenged by people who couldn’t see their vision. We’re all born with that spark. The world will try to take that away at times, but this record is about holding onto it, fighting back, and turning those struggles into something powerful.”

The latest preview from the album arrives with the release of the title track, “Vindicate.” Featuring a haunting calliope introduction that erupts into a driving wall of guitars and Biersack’s signature scream, the song captures the dramatic scale and power fans have come to expect from Black Veil Brides. The track is now available across all digital service providers.

A NSFW music video directed by George Gallardo Kattah (who also helmed the visual for “Certainty”) can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0n1vhLn_iIQ.

The track listing for VINDICATE is:

1) Invocation To The Muse
2) Vindicate
3) Certainty
4) Bleeders
5) Hallelujah
6) Cut
7) Alive
8) Purgatory
9) Revenger
10) Sorrow
11) Grace
12) Ave Maria
13) Woe & Pain
14) Eschaton

In support of the new album, Black Veil Brides will embark on their first North American headline tour of 2026. The 24-city run kicks off April 25 in Riverside and concludes May 30 in Worcester. Along the way, the tour will make stops in Seattle (April 28), Houston (May 5), Detroit (May 17), and New York (May 28), among others.

Support on the tour will come from From Ashes To New, TX2, and As December Falls.
