Choosing a Google Pixel 3a Case

Do you currently have the Google Pixel 3a and are looking for a new case?

With thousands of cases on the market, it may be difficult to make sure you’re getting your money’s worth. Practically everywhere you go, there’s yet another option. The mall, the grocery store, even the gas station, probably offers some sort of Pixel phone case.

So how do you know which case to invest in?

The easiest place to start is by browsing through Google’s custom cases as they are specifically made to fit the Google Pixel 3a and will most likely arrive without complications.

Google Cases

The Google Pixel 3a case released by Google is characterized by its exclusive polyester and polyamide fabric and soft microfiber lining for cushioned scratch protection. These cases are designed from scratch and knit to fit. They come with raised-edges to protect from day-to-day wear and a 1 year warranty.

Unfortunately, there is only a limited range of colors to choose from ― carbon, fog, and seascape.

The Pixel 3a case is also compatible with Active Edge™ which allows you to squeeze your Pixel to access google assistant. This is one feature that may not be available with off-brand products.

These cases only fit the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL so if you have a different version, you will need to shop Google’s other releases for your specific model.

Currently, Google is selling the Pixel 3a case for $40 and is offering free shipping.

Google Compatible Cases

Although Google provides its own range of cases, most people tend to browse for off-brand cases that have a touch more pizazz.

Google’s cases are more likely to provide the best fit and compatibility but, as I’m sure we are all thinking, some of them can be a bit on the blander side.

Maybe you are looking for different materiality or a case that offers more protection and is shatter-resistant. Or maybe you want a thin, sleek case that has your favorite character on the back. Either way, there are many third-party sellers that offer cases in a variety of sizes and colors that are still made to the Pixel 3a.

Common places to buy unique Google Pixel 3a cases are online from Amazon, Etsy or eBay, or in person at Best Buy, Target, or Walmart.

These places will offer a variety of brands that fit the Pixel 3a. Some of the most common companies you will come across are

  • Spigen
  • SUPcase
  • Otterbox
  • Urban Armour Gear
  • Crave

Unfortunately, the majority of these phone case providers will not provide a warranty with your purchase.

While everybody has a different vision for their smartphone case, there are definitely some favorites that have popped up, due to their dependability.

Custom Cases

There is also the option to design your own case from scratch.

Websites such as case24 and skinit offer custom Google Pixel 3a cases that you can create yourself. Whether you want to upload your own picture to frame the back of your phone, or design a clear case that keeps your phone looking slick, these options allow the most flexibility when it comes to design.

Keep in mind, these cases are not typically the most resilient when it comes to durability and lifespan.

When it comes to the “Basket Case” series, it has always been a great mix of comedy and horror. “The Progeny” has always been one of my favorites. The film is completely over-the-top and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. The practical makeup effects alone in the film are stunning. I would have love to see this film put out and restored on Blu-ray. Synapse Films delivers this DVD with its widescreen presentation with an aspect ratio of 1.78:1. The audio included is a Dolby Digital 2.0 track. The one downside is that this DVD doesn’t include any special features besides the original theatrical trailer.

Official Synopsis: He’s back. He’s bad. And he’s a dad! Belial, everyone’s favorite beast-in-a-basket, is back in this sensational third film in the wildly macabre horror series. After being separated again from his conjoined twin brother Duane (Kevin Van Hentenryck), Belial finds out he’s going to be a deformed daddy! Mrs. Belial ( Eve, played by Denise Coop) delivers a litter of bouncing baby monsters, but the blessed event turns into a nightmarish ordeal when the police kidnap the little critters. They should know it’s not safe to anger Belial! Attacking the cops in a climactic, gory rampage, everyone’s favorite mutant mauler stops at nothing to get his newborns back!
