  1. I have to say the first Die Hard. It has so many great lines in it! “Come out to the coast, we’ll get together, have a few laughs…”

  2. I’ll have to say the first one is my favorite. It obviously was good or they would not have made 4 more! Yippee-ki-yay!

  3. I’m gonna probably be different from others. I like the 3rd one, Die Hard With a Vengeance. Him and Samuel L. Jackson together was freaking awesome and hilarious and Jeremy Irons as the villain was really great as well.

  4. The original is still the best. “Die Hard 2” is a close runner up and I barely remember “With a Vengeance”.

  5. The third film, Die Hard with a Vengeance. A great combination of Samuel L Jackson and Bruce Willis, what could be better? There’s just something about Bruce’s sexy eyes….

  6. I don’t know if I have a favorite, but I really enjoyed Live Free or Die Hard. The action was pretty awesome in it.

  7. The first one is still my fave. It’s the one that started it all. Hans is still the best villain by far.

  8. The first one naturally, that’s the one with Al Leong – but I’ll cast my vote for DIE HARD 2 because it just doesn’t get enough love and also because icicle-in-the-eye.

  9. I like the first Die Hard the best. John makes the bad guys so upset when he puts the dead guy in the elevator and he never lets up. Action-packed and just great!

  10. I’ve seen all the Die Hard films and loved them all,I know this one will be even better

  11. Bruce Willis just gets better as he gets older. I have them all the Die Hard movies on DVD. A Good Day to Die Hard will be my favorite I am sure of it. Great actors, great action, great stories.

  12. Live Free or Die Hard. I’m a Bruce Willis fan and I’ve seen all the Die Hard movies but I really enjoyed the comic relief brought to this movie with Justin Long and the banter between him and Bruce. Love that movie! They play it constantly on FX!

  13. Oh wow….it is tough to pick a favorite, because I like all of them……even the second! Ha. But I’ll go with the first, the original. Great story, great villain, great lines, and Bruce Willis rocked. Awesome setting for a hostage situation. He raised the bar for the tough guy movie character. Yippee ki yay! Big fan of the whole set of Die Hard movies…..own ’em all. Can’t wait for the new one!! Hope I get picked!!! Thanks!!

  14. Got invited to the Christmas party by mistake. Who knew? This is one of my favorite quotes from Die Hard, which is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year. The other one that sticks out in my mind is, Yippee ki-yay, Mother F***er! Love the fact that he is trying to save his wife and others, and still has time to be a funny guy! I love a movie that has a lot of action and comedy at the same time. I love all of them, but the first one was the best!!!

  15. Die Hard 2-Die Harder. I love this movie because of the memories. My husband and I went to see this movie on July 9, 1990. Right when Bruce Willis was crawling through a vent my water broke. I love Bruce Willis but had to go have my son.

  16. Definitely the first “Die Hard” because it has great action, great lines and a great villain! Great movie to watch at Christmas!

  17. Die Hard, you can’t beat the original. Although Zeus in Die Hard with a Vengeance comes pretty close.

  18. Live Free or Die Hard. I liked Justin Long and Bruce Willis together. It also had some unbelievable action sequences!

  19. Live free or die hard. Loved the action. One section of the movie, the action just kept getting better and better, Loved Justin Long,

  20. Die Hard with a Vengeance. Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson are so good together in this movie.

  21. My favorite Die Hard movie is LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD. The realtionship that bruce willis has with justin long’s character is not only hillarious but also ads to the plot of the movie that is creative and very action pack!!

  22. The original Die Hard had the tightly plotted action, a youthful Bruce Willis, originality that made it the best despite all the imitators and follow up films. Die Hard 2 had just a few memorable visuals, but was not as compelling as the first. Die Hard with a Vengeance had Jeremy Irons and Colleen Camp as great villains, Samuel L Jackson and nearly as good as the first. Live Free or Die Hard was ridiculous fun, but still not as good as the first.

  23. The original “Die Hard” is my favorite because it clearly defines the character played by Bruce Willis and is the one film I think of when Bruce Willis comes to mind.

  24. Die Hard: With a Vengeance is my favorite! I like it so much that I recalled I also went to get the Playstation game of it! It was so much fun, I recommend both to you all!

  25. The first “Die Hard” is the best – just took my girlfriend to a screening of it a couple of days before Christmas – but I also love Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson teaming up in “Die Hard with a Vengeance”. My name ain’t Jesus… He said HEY, ZEUS!

  26. The first Die Hard takes the cake for my favorite, the way it changed the action movie genre forever with a destructible hero. It’s the best unofficial Christmas movie of all time, I watch it every December without fail.

  27. The original Die Hard is my favorite as it is classic Bruce Willis and it is exciting to watch the younger Bruce define the role. It is one of my all time favorite movies.

  28. The original Die Hard is my favorite because of all the action, great characters, and the awesome lines said by the characters. You just can’t forget this movie!

  29. The one I like the best besides the first Die Hard, is Die Hard with a Vengeance. This movie was actioned packed. The DVD I bought has an alernative ending which I thought was a great ending.

  30. Live Free or Die Hard is the one I like the best. The Cyber terrorists who hacked into the FBI’s computers was anineresting story line in this day of technology. This movie had some good action scenes.

  31. I love the first Die Hard movie. Bruce Willis gave a fantastic performance as McClane. This movie is action packed and kept me at the edge of my seat.

  32. I just watched all the Die Hard movies over the weekend, and the first is still my favorite. Can’t wait to see the new one!

  33. First Die Hard – the rest have been good, but I usually love the original. I hope the new one can top it though, we will see. “Yippee-ki-yay”

  34. I am into the Die Hard movies but so for I like the first one. Bruce Willis is a very good actor.

  35. Die Hard, the original, will always be the best. I lost count how many times I have watched it. It is probably the most influential action movie of all time. It inspired dozens of movies, most of them not even close to the original. Hans Gruber is one of the best all time villains. Sgt. Al Powell and Deputy Police Chief Dwayne T. Robinson are great characters. So are Agent Johnson and Special Agent Johnson, no relation. Yippie-ki-yay.

  36. I gotta go with most here, the first one. Has a sequel ever been better than the first in a series?

  37. The first Die Hard is my favorite. The movie is suspenseful and action packed. Bruce Willis as John McCLane was such a better pick than Don Johnson.

  38. I like all the Die Hard movies. But the first Die Hard was so action packed. To me the movie was much better than Predator or LAst Action Hero.

  39. I like all the Die Hard movies. Bruce Willis does an excellent job of playing John Mc Clane in the movies. Can’t wait to see the next Die Hard movie.

  40. I remember the first Die Hard movie I saw I was on the edge of my seat and enjoyed every minute of the action. Glad to see that he wanted to make another one. I guess is true action stars are hard to kill off….

  41. The original Die Hard movie. It just kept you on your toes about what was going to happen next.

  42. I like all the movies, but the first one has to be the best. Everyone knows what you are referring to if you say “yippee-ki-yay”! What a catch phrase!
