  1. Very upset with B & B Theater in Lee’s Summit, MO. on our screening pass for the movie “God Bless the Broken Road. The theater came out at 7:00 pm starting time for the movie and stated that they had an issue with the projector and would be stating shortly. After 45 minutes, the manager came back out and said they were still working on the issue. However, one of the employees indicated movie was not there. At 8:30 pm manager came out and stated they were cancelling the showing with no further explanations. After getting to the theater an hour and a half early for good seats and spending around $20.00 for popcorn, candy and drinks and waiting all this time, was told they would not give us tickets to a later showing of the movie or anything else. We decided to just leave. Was told it was up to either gofobo or the movie production to provide us any tickets to see the movie. This was the worse PR of a movie theater I have ever seen. My wife and I really were looking forward to seeing the movie. We felt you as well as other people should be aware of what happen and how we were treated for the screening of this movie.
