Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, hands down. It was actually the first indy flick I saw, and there are so many awesome moments in it. I love Raiders and Last Crusade, too, but nothing tops the bridge scene and the rail coaster in Temple of Doom. I also dig that this and Gremlins were the two movies to push the boundaries of PG, thus creating PG-13.
