Synopsis: Enter the brilliant mind of Dr. Daniel Pierce and relive every thrilling case of Perception: The Complete First Season. Experience an original twist on the classic crime drama as Emmy Award® winner Eric McCormack (Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, 2001, Will & Grace), stars as an eccentric neuroscience professor whose revealing visions help him uncover what lies beneath conscious emotion.

Though recruited by the FBI for his masterful understanding of the human mind, Daniel’s odd and offbeat view makes it difficult for him to get close to anyone. His former student, Agent Kate Moretti (Rachael Leigh Cook), is one of the few people willing to accept Daniel’s peculiarities in exchange for his imaginative solutions. Two very different personalities join forces as they try to tackle the Bureau’s most complex cases.

  1. i like the case of the week, but more so the stuff going on inside his head and how it effects the cases hes working on…is he being followed/is he not, is the person giving him clues to the case really there….a great way to make what couldve been a procedural clone into something special.

  2. I like how complex his mind is having talents and also needing to deal with his schizophrenia. It’s pretty nerve-wracking at times, but he gets the job done!

  3. I’m a big fan of the show. Dr. Pierce always sees more than other people and I find his ideas interesting. Besides he’s so cute.

  4. I like that the series takes the different approach, and presents Daniel as a very flawed human being. It is like other police procedure shows, but it is less self-conscious, and risky.

  5. I haven’t seen it, or even heard of it, but it sounds right up my alley. i really think both myself and my husband would enjoy this. thanks for the opportunity to win!

  6. It’s my favorite because they have such a great attention for detail in the script!

  7. It may well become my favorite series. I haven’t seen it yet but I want to.

  8. I love seeing inside the brilliant mind of Dr. Daniel Pierce! I like that he’s character is a such a flawed human. He always sees what’s going on. I also like the case of the week. 11. this show is somewhat like homeland in which it is the “disease” that helps the work

  12. I have never watched the show, but it seems like something I would enjoy. Would like to see how the show begins.

  13. I love complex shows and this seems like a show that would challenge me. Plus I loved Eric McCormick on Will and Grace. And I would love to experience him in a more dramatic roll.

  14. I’ve never seen it but I’ve heard it’s good. My uncle has schizophrenia and has been in and out of jail his entire life (currently in) so it might be interesting to see it from another prospective.

  15. I have not seen it but Eric McCormack is one of my favorite actors. I have read about the series and it sounds interesting.

  16. This show mixes reality and what the mind believes is real. I enjoy watching it.

  17. I like how complex the Dr’s mind is. Simply stimulating! I haven’t watched all the episodes, but I sure plan on doing so.

  19. I love the show as there are times when I am not sure if a character is real or just a imagination of Dr. Pierece’s. I especially like how he solves the cases.

  20. I have only seen a couple of episodes of Perception. I really enjoyed them though. I thought it was interesting how flashbacks were incorporated into one of the episodes I watched. I liked seeing what Dr. Pierce was like when he was younger. I also found Dr. Pierce to have a brilliant mind and to be a wonderful professor. He is a very fascinating character. I think the show has a great overall cast as well. Rachel Leigh Cook and Levar Burton did a very good job in the roles they play in one of the episodes I saw. I hope I win the whole first season of the show on DVD so I can watch more episodes of it.
