Motionless In White are at home in the dark. For over 20 years, the quintet — Chris Motionless [vocals], Ricky Olson [guitar], Ryan Sitkowski [guitar], Vinny Mauro [drums], and Justin Morrow [bass] — have resided in their own shadowy corner of alternative music and culture. The group’s uncanny alchemy of metal, hardcore, goth, industrial, and electronic has magnetically attracted an ardent audience, fueling a quiet rise out of the Rust Belt and into arenas as a headlining force of nature. Their D.I.Y. work ethic drives the evolution of an immersive world where stunning visuals match the scope of the sound. The collective comes full circle on their seventh full-length offering Decades. For as much as it conjures their signature style, the LP sees them continue to confidently cut a path through uncharted territory, spreading a little darkness in their wake.

Decades features several high-profile and eclectic guest appearances. In addition to Taylor, Sklyar Grey, and Dark Divine’s Anthony Martinez also feature on the album. The band recorded Decades in Upstate New York and Los Angeles with co-producers Drew Fulk and Justin “JD” deBlieck and ultimately incorporated their past, present, and future sounds into one cohesive sound. This is Motionless at their very best.

“We were never afraid to take risks,” observes Chris. “This band has not only lasted two decades, but we’ve also outlasted all of the obstacles we’ve faced. We’re still grinding. No matter how far we expand the universe that is Motionless In White, we’re going to preserve the heart, soul, and roots of where we came from. We are never going to abandon heartfelt, emotional, and heavy songs. We are never going to abandon what mattered to us the most when we started. We’re finding new ways to emphasize those stories with exciting sounds and looks, but the vision is the same. It’s always been this grand, dramatic, and theatrical entity. I’m proud we haven’t gotten comfortable.”

He finishes, “Decades is definitely heavier than some of our past albums. Our current world bred more aggressive energy, anger, and resistance.”

CRO-MAGS, the iconic New York hardcore outfit fronted by Harley Flanagan, proudly make their BLKIIBLK debut with the new single, “Wired for Chaos.” The new track marks CRO-MAGS’ first new music in six years, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.

“Wired for Chaos,” which shares its name with last year’s documentary about Harley, was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Code Orange, Cavalera Conspiracy). It was produced by Harley and Arthur and features drum phenom Greyson Nekrutman. The new single arrives alongside an official music video, available below.

On the new single “Wired for Chaos,” Harley Flanagan comments:

“The new video for ‘Wired for Chaos’ reminds me of our first video, ‘We Gotta Know,’ which came out 40 years ago, except that it shows where the band is at now. I am proud to say that we are one of those few bands that have a multigenerational audience and bridge the gap between hard-core kids, metalheads, punks, skinheads, and more, as seen in the audience of this video, which was filmed at our shows on the past few tours. Not many bands have such a blended fan base besides Motörhead, and I am proud to say that we are following in that tradition.”

Harley continues, “The song title ‘Wired for Chaos’ was taken directly from the recent documentary of the same name. It comes in with an aggressive metal intro befitting a UFC walk-in or a video game, then bursts into a more traditional HC thrash vibe before returning to a heavy beatdown at the end in an unmistakable CRO-MAGS style. The song is literally about being programmed and wired for chaos from birth, not just by environment, but by parents, trauma, childhood experiences, and the resulting PTSD that I personally struggle with as a result.”

The history of Harley Flanagan and his band CRO-MAGS is integral not just to the history of hardcore, but to modern metal, rock, and punk itself. With roots stretching from the shadow of Warhol and the Velvets to CBGB’s hardcore matinees and L’Amour Brooklyn thrash-a-thons, all the way through current generations of punk and extreme metal, CRO-MAGS are the connective tissue. Just ask the likes of Dave Grohl, Green Day, and Turnstile. CRO-MAGS stand side by side with Black Sabbath, Motörhead, and Metallica as both an influence and a gamechanger.

The brainchild of a 14-year-old Harley Flanagan, CRO-MAGS began in 1981 while Flanagan was playing drums for The Stimulators. By 1982/83, he had recorded the primal CRO-MAGS demos — four songs that would become the blueprint for the seminal 1986 release, ‘Age of Quarrel.’ Initially a solo vision, Flanagan wrote and played all of the music himself. In 1985, alongside guitarist Parris Mayhew, vocalist John Joseph McGowan, and drummer Mackie Jayson, the genre-defining ‘Age of Quarrel’ demo was recorded. The full-length album followed in 1986, with Doug Holland of Kraut joining on second guitar.

Explosive both on and offstage, CRO-MAGS have had a tumultuous history, to put it mildly. Through multiple lineups, six studio albums beyond the original demos, and more than four decades of worldwide touring, CRO-MAGS remain one of the most iconic bands in American hardcore and metal. Today, the band is led by Flanagan on bass and vocals — a role he has held since ‘Best Wishes’ (1989). He remains the only member to appear on every CRO-MAGS release since the band’s founding.

Alongside the album news, the band has unleashed a hypnotic new single entitled “Lost Soul” (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE). It marks the first collaboration between the Gold-certified global phenomenon and NOTHING MORE.

Listen to “Lost Soul” (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE) here. Watch the video here.

Across the song, the percussive groove-laden soundscape resembles the extremes of Mongolia’s fickle and unforgiving climate. A head-nodding riff tosses and turns beneath propulsive verses, giving way to a melodic refrain from Hawkins who croons the infectious chorus, “Born to be a lost soul.” These English-sung affirmations lock into a seamless volley with traditional Mongolian chanting, uniting styles and cultures in one burst of boundary-breaking energy.

Resounding beyond all borders, the song trumpets a message of resiliency, fortitude, and strength that translates positively into any language and anywhere in the world.

Regarding the song, Galaa comments “We have been unpacking our surprises one by one. Hunnu Rock transcends through culture and in that respect, we have made ‘Lost Soul’ with Jonny Hawkins. To be not lost on your life journey, not losing your values, and go through life and having a courage to face the life obstacles are messages we are sending our fans through this song ‘Lost Soul’ and in our next album, HUN. “

Hawkins adds, “I am so excited to team up with a band as committed to their craft as The Hu. It’s unlike anything I’ve done before.”

HUN finds The Hu, who were first tipped by NPR back in 2019, at the peak of their powers thus far. They expand the scope of their signature Hunnu Rock with 11 tracks steeped in the lore and legend of Mongolia, yet uplifted with universal ambition. It’s as epic, enthralling, and enigmatic and it opens the gateway into their world.

“We took our time to do this right, and we’re so glad that we’re almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years,” the band says. “Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist. We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!”

Witch Club Satan Drop Video for New Single “The Kids Will Kill Us” Ahead of First U.S. Tour

WITCH CLUB SATAN RELEASE LATEST SINGLE “THE KIDS WILL KILL US” — WATCH + LISTEN

A STATEMNT OF UNCOMPROMISING VIGOR

Witch Club Satan, the feminist Norwegian Black Metal band forged in raw energy and defiance is composed of a trio of witches whose music is an incantation of spells, transform each performance into a ritualistic, all-encompassing experience — an assault on the senses through extreme visuals and immersive elements.

Together with their audience, Witch Club Satan conjures a relentless, primal force, a sonic mayhem, a feral scream of resistance.

Witch Club Satan have just released their new single, “The Kids Will Kill Us,” accompanied by the music video. Their latest in confronting inherited violence, collective denial, and moral collapse. Watch it here.

Witch Club Satan are furiously fueled by a fierce and unapologetic perspective: female rage. Their total discography is an incantation of spells, transforming each performance into a ritualistic, all-encompassing experience — an assault on the senses through extreme visuals and immersive elements. The newest single marks a clear shift in the external analysis of collective denial — conjuring pain, not as weakness, but as a powerful form of resistance in brutal and unprecedented times in order to publish the wrestling match between inherited violence, and moral collapse where innocence is displaced, and accountability is absent.

Reinforced in the tracks unbounded lyric lines “I refuse to bow down to your downfall. I refuse to take part in your war. My powers will outgrow yours,” Witch Club Satan strobes a bright light on the blind approval granted to those undeserving while offering the threatening truth: “No mercy to the merciless. The kids, the kids will kill us.”

“Hope is a kind of curse. You can never rest,” the band proclaims. The Witches end their proclamation with the heartfelt sentiment: “I testament all of my trust to the lost generation, restore what was. Help me, save us” as a battle cry to all like minded thinkers to invade their own moral compass and explore revolt as a vehicle for compassion.

With their first ever USA tour landing at the end of May, Witch Club Satan offer this uncompromising vigor as an asset of black metal sustaining as a monument of resistance, mourning, and ultimate transformation.

Vandenberg first rose to prominence in the early 1980s with his band Vandenberg, earning international success with hits including “Burning Heart” and “Friday Night.” His success led to a longtime collaboration with David Coverdale and Whitesnake, where he contributed the unforgettable guitar solo to the multi-platinum smash “Here I Go Again” and co-wrote material for the Slip of the Tongue and Restless Heart releases. He also appeared on Whitesnake’s Starkers in Tokyo, Live at Donington, and the band’s celebrated Greatest Hits reunion tour.

Beyond Whitesnake, Vandenberg has continued an extensive recording career with multiple solo releases and albums with Vandenberg’s MoonKings. In 2024, he co-headlined with Geoff Tate on the Operation: Mindcrime tour, followed by performances aboard the 2025 Monsters of Rock Cruise and a successful East Coast headline run.

Joining the bill is Vinnie Moore, internationally recognized for his 21-year tenure with UFO and his acclaimed solo catalog. Moore has also performed and recorded with artists including Alice Cooper and Vicious Rumors.

And performing with Moore will be Marco Mendoza, whose impressive resumé includes 26 years with Thin Lizzy, seven years with Whitesnake, seven years with Ted Nugent, and work with The Dead Daisies and the current SatchVai Band.

“Really (REALLY!) excited to cross the ocean again with my top notch band to honor my 12 years in the golden era of Whitesnake!,” exclaims Adrian. “Be prepared to scream along with all the big ones like ‘Still Of The Night’, ‘Here I Go Again’, ‘Judgement Day’, ‘Fool For Your Lovin’ etc etc. No doubt about it, this is an absolute BIG ROCK tour with Marco and Vinnie celebrating their years in Journey, Thin Lizzy and UFO. You don’t wanna miss this! We are ready, are you?!?”

“I have to say that I’m very excited and looking forward to the US run of dates in August, and sharing the stage with Adrian Vandenberg and Vinnie Moore,” added Marco. “And having the opportunity to introduce my own music and also to pay tribute to some of my past participations and collaborations, like Thin Lizzy and Ted Nugent, along with Vinnie on some UFO tracks and some of his original stuff. It’s just going to be a great run…don’t miss it, see you there!”

“Thrilled to be doing this tour with Marco and Adrian,” Vinnie said. “Going to be a blast to play a couple UFO songs, as well as some of my tunes and some Thin Lizzy. This is going to be a lot of fun and I’m looking forward to it. See you all soon.”

Fans can expect a night packed with classic songs, guitar fireworks, and deep cuts from some of hard rock’s most celebrated catalogs. The show will feature two complete 75-minute-plus performances, or a single extended 90-minute presentation with intermission.

Moore and Mendoza will also perform together in a collaborative set backed by a shared band, revisiting fan favorites from across their legendary careers.

For fans of classic hard rock and virtuoso musicianship, this tour promises an unforgettable evening celebrating some of the genre’s most enduring songs and performers.

Bruce Dickinson and Z2 Return With ‘THE MANDRAKE PROJECT: YEAR TWO’

BRUCE DICKINSON AND Z2 RETURN WITH
THE MANDRAKE PROJECT: YEAR TWO

The next volume in Dickinson’s phantasmagoric epic contains the next four chapters of the saga, interviews with Bruce Dickinson

Featuring a foreword by film director Sacha Gervasi (Anvil) and a brand new die-cut cover by Bill Sienkiewicz (Elektra: Assassin)

In the middle of his 2025 solo tour of North America, Bruce Dickinson was simultaneously hard at work crafting the next volume in his critically-acclaimed graphic novel saga, THE MANDRAKE PROJECT. This next installment is sure to send readers reeling, as everything they thought they knew about the world of Necropolis and Dr. Lazarus is turned on its head as the second book descends deeper into a world of surreal and mystical madness.

Now, Z2 is proud to announce the impending release of THE MANDRAKE PROJECT: YEAR TWO as the war between magic and science for the control of immortality reaches a hallucinatory fever pitch. Starting with a near-death experience that propels Necropolis into a parallel world where he learns the dark secrets of his twisted family tree, he’s exposed to revelations that leave him shocked, wondering if he can escape the family legacy of self-destruction in the name of ambition, or if he is simply a cog in a greater cosmic machine, controlled by supernatural forces?

When asked about how YEAR TWO expands on the story in the first volume, Bruce Dickinson said “Oh, just hold on to your proverbial hats folks… This one gets REALLY weird!” and writer Tony Lee, laughed, following it up with “You thought the first book was going to get us sued and bring out the pitchforks? You haven’t seen anything yet!”

The 184 page volume also includes an extensive series of interviews and essays recounting Dickinson’s life on tour supporting THE MANDRAKE PROJECT album in 2025, as well as insight with the creative team into the development of this next terrifying chapter of the Mandrake Saga. With an introduction by Avil director Sacha Gervasi, the 12”x12” Deluxe and Platinum Editions are housed in an elegant die-cut slipcase and are bound with a sealing ribbon and gilt paper edging. The oversized Deluxe and Platinum Editions also include a holder inside the back cover that contains four new foil collectors cards and a new edition of the antiqued metal MANDRAKE PROJECT medallion held by Dr. Lazarus in the comic. This book is the must have item for all lovers of Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson, and supernatural tales!

Continuing the tradition of heralding the influences contained within the saga of The Mandrake Project, YEAR TWO also contains an extensive article on Wilhelm Reich, the sociologist and mystic whose controversial work led to him being imprisoned by the FBI, where he died in jail in the 1954.

The Bruce Dickinson-signed oversized 12”x12” Deluxe editions and signed platinum editions both come with collector cards and Mandrake Coin in a die-cut slipcase with foil page edging, and will be available directly from Z2 at Z2Comics.com, while a 9”x9” smaller hardcover edition without slipcase will be available via Z2’s retail partners Amazon and Barnes and Noble in the United States, and at HMV UK, as well as many independent comic and music shops worldwide.

When asked about THE MANDRAKE PROJECT: YEAR TWO, Z2’s Editor-in-Chief, Rantz Hoseley shared “I thought I knew the limits and boundaries of Bruce’s mad vision for this world, but one thing YEAR TWO has made brutally clear… there are no limits to where the story will go! And, let me just say, we are all the luckier for it!”

ABOUT THE MANDRAKE PROJECT: YEAR TWO CREATORS:

BRUCE DICKINSON – a Polymath best known as the vocalist of Iron Maiden, and for his solo albums, Bruce has never been one to take the easy, expected, or pre-defined path in his life. Trained in aviation, Bruce had an additional career as a commercial pilot – eventually flying three versions of Iron Maiden’s Ed Force One culminating in a 747 that traversed the world with the band, crew, and all their stage gear on board. He’s hosted his own radio show on the BBC, has a podcast, starred in television documentaries & and produced films, created a multi-million-selling beer with Robinsons Brewery, and competed internationally in the art of fencing. Were that not enough, he’s written novels, non-fiction memoirs, film scripts, and comics. He’s developed the mythology & and story of The Mandrake Project for over a decade.

TONY LEE is a 1# New York Times bestselling author. Tony has written comics for international publishers including DC, Marvel, Hachette, IDW, Del Rey, and Z2. In 2008, he became the writer for the ongoing IDW Doctor Who comic, as well as the 2012 Doctor Who / StarTrek crossover series. He’s also known for his work in audio drama, notably the Confessions of Dorian Grey, Robin of Sherwood, Doctor Who, and Dodge & Twist, adapted from his own bestselling novel, and has written for both BBC One and ITV Studios. In 2021, Tony revealed he was the writer behind the bestselling series of Jack Gatland procedural crime novels.

PIOTR KOWALKSI Started his professional career in Europe working on series such as Gail, La Branche Lincoln, Urban Vampires and Badlands. He published his first comic series in the American market in 2010 and since then has produced almost 150 issues, including Marvel Knights: Hulk, The Dark Tower, The Witcher and Wolfenstein. A big fan of horror, you can also find him playing death metal on his five-string bass guitar.

JOHN DEVILMAN is an award-winning actor, writer, comedian, illustrator, tattooist, and bona fide international criminal. An unfuckwithable errant wanderer who has adventured around the world collecting stories of legendary bad ass-ery, usually at his own peril. I mean, the guy’s been shot and stabbed on multiple occasions, but every brush with death or scar makes for a pretty good story. This is his first comic, so be gentle. He’s fragile and prone to cry easily. He just didn’t want to miss the opportunity to work with Bruce (and Rantz), both legends in their own respects.

BILL SIENKIEWICZ is a multi-Eisner Award-winning artist known for revamping the style of comic and graphic novel illustration—a feat earning him an international reputation across media industries, as well as entrée into the Eisner Hall of Fame. He is most noted for Marvel’s Elektra: Assassin, Moon Knight, and New Mutants—inspiring FX’s Legion and Disney’s Moon Knight series—and his acclaimed graphic novel Stray Toasters. He has garnered two Emmy nominations and contributed artwork for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Batman, Dune, Logan, The Grinch, The Green Mile, and Unforgiven. His work within the field of music includes album covers for Dio, EPMD, RZA, Kid Cudi, T.I., and Seth MacFarlane.

Brian Fallon (Gaslight Anthem) Releases Two New Solo Band Songs

BRIAN FALLON RETURNS WITH TWO BRAND-NEW SONGS,
“NOT BAD FOR NEW JERSEY” AND “BETTER BEFORE” – LISTEN

NEW JERSEY-BASED ARTIST AND FRONTMAN OF THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM
SHARES FIRST ORIGINAL SOLO MUSIC IN MORE THAN FIVE YEARS
PRODUCED BY LONGTIME COLLABORATOR BUTCH WALKER

VERY SPECIAL SERIES OF INTIMATE LIVE PERFORMANCES
BEGINS JUNE 14 AT ASBURY PARK, NJ’S THE STONE PONY

Brian Fallon has announced today’s premiere of two brand new tracks, “Not Bad For New Jersey” and “Better Before,” both available everywhere now via his own Lesser Known Records.

Fallon’s first original solo music in more than five years, both new songs see the veteran rocker summoning up a frenetic collision of power pop and heartland rock, the perfect sonic counterpart to the hot-blooded sincerity that has driven his songwriting for close to three decades. Produced by longtime collaborator Butch Walker (Green Day, Jesse Malin, Taylor Swift) at Walker’s studio just outside Nashville, “Better Before” – co-written with his close friend, Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter Donovan Woods – relates a tortured portrait of unraveling romance, while “Not Bad For New Jersey” serves as a gloriously ragged homage to Fallon’s beloved home state and all the grit it instilled in him.

“‘Not Bad for New Jersey’ is my way of celebrating what I do and where I’m from,” says Brian Fallon. “I wrote that song looking back on my life the way you do after almost ending up in a crash – like, ‘How did I make it through that?’ I really could’ve busted myself open somewhere along the way, but somehow I’m still here, and I’m still in one piece.”

LISTEN TO “NOT BAD FOR NEW JERSEY” + “BETTER BEFORE”

Fallon – backed by his band, The Painkillers – will mark the arrival of his new music with a very special series of intimate live performances, beginning June 14 at Asbury Park, NJ’s world renowned The Stone Pony and then visiting Nashville, TN’s The Basement (June 16), West Hollywood, CA’s historic Troubadour (June 20), and Chicago, IL’s Reggies’ Rock Club (June 22). Limited tickets for all four dates go on sale this Friday, May 15.

In addition, Fallon will join Bruce Springsteen and a stellar lineup including Rosanne Cash, Kenny Chesney, and more for Music America: The Songs That Shaped Us – Celebrating 250 Years of American Music, a once-in-a-lifetime concert event set for June 4 at West Long Branch, NJ’s OceanFirst Bank Center on the campus of Monmouth University, just prior to the grand opening of the new Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music at Monmouth University on June 7. The sold-out event will feature Fallon and his fellow artists performing landmark songs from American music history, commemorating both America’s semiquincentennial and the Springsteen Center’s long-awaited grand opening.

Black Veil Brides are celebrating the release of their seventh studio album, VINDICATE. The album has been receiving critical and fan acclaim since it was released on May 8th. Kerrang! recently stated that: “Black Veil Brides have never sounded better” and Blabbermouth called the latest album “…an exciting listen.”

From the opening organ introduction and dramatic soliloquy of “Invocation To The Muse” to the emotive finale of “Eschaton,” the band deliver one of the most ambitious chapters of their career. The band singles including “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” “Certainty,” “Vindicate,” “Revenger” feat. Machine Head and most-recently “Cut” featuring Lilith Czar have already showcased the band’s continued musical evolution while maintaining the theatrical intensity that has defined their sound. The band recently made headlines when the track “Woe & Pain” from VINDICATE was used in the hype package between Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton for Wrestlemania 42. The track “Sorrow” was just seen during the broadcast of UFC Fight Night.

The album is now available for wherever music is purchased or via the band’s website: https://www.blackveilbrides.net.

STEEL PANTHER RETURN WITH NEW ANTHEM “THE MOTHER’S DAY SONG”

STEEL PANTHER RETURN WITH NEW ANTHEM DEDICATED TO LOVING MOTHERS AROUND THE WORLD

The First New Song From the California Rock Gods in Three Years, “The Mother’s Day Song” is Now Available via All Digital Service Providers
https://ffm.to/steelpanther-themothersdaysong

A Music Video Can Be Seen Here: https://youtu.be/xX0moP9c-OU

Single is Debut Release from the Band’s New Label Frontiers Music SRL

After what has felt like an eternity for fans, California’s most outrageous metal maestros Steel Panther return with an anthem for the ages. The quartet comprised of Michael Starr, Satchel, Spyder, and Stix Zadinia have crafted a tribute to moms everywhere in honor of their favorite Hallmark holiday: Mother’s Day. “The Mother’s Day Song” is quintessential Steel Panther, packed with catchy riffs, driving rhythms, and unforgettable, sing-along choruses. The band’s irreverent ode to mothers across the globe is delivered with their signature humor and over-the-top style, celebrating the women who bring future generations into the world—Steel Panther style.

The song is now available via all digital service providers: https://ffm.to/steelpanther-themothersdaysong.

A music video for the track, directed by longtime collaborator J.T. Arbogast, pays homage to The Beatles’ iconic performance on The Ed Sullivan Show. In the video, Steel Panther don their sharpest suits, performing against a stark white backdrop in a tongue-in-cheek nod to the legendary broadcast. It’s poised to become another standout entry in the band’s already celebrated catalog of visuals.

The official music video for “The Mother’s Day Song” can be seen here: https://youtu.be/xX0moP9c-OU.

“The Mother’s Day Song” is the first piece of original music from Steel Panther in three years. The song is also the first release from the band’s new label home, Frontiers Music SRL. The label recently made headlines with their incredible success with the release of the final album by Dave Mustaine and Megadeth.

“We’ve signed a lot of things in our career including more body parts than we can remember, but we have now officially signed with Frontiers. Serafino and his team sent us a better batch of drugs and hookers than they gave to Dave Mustaine and Megadeth, and we all saw how great that album did. Those Italians know how to rub us the right way, and they paid us while doing it. We can’t wait to go visit them in their homeland and enjoy their women and wine. Hide your moms, priests, and nuns,” explained Steel Panther about the singing.

More music from Steel Panther and Frontiers Music SRL will be released in the near future.

Fresh off a successful North American tour, the band is currently enjoying some well-earned downtime before heading overseas. Steel Pantherwill kick off their Europe Twenty Twenty S€X Tour on June 15 in Paris, FR wrapping on July 25 in Southampton, UK.

Tour.” The intergalactic tyrants will once again bring their blood-soaked spectacle to stages nationwide, delivering the kind of over-the-top performance only GWAR can unleash.

Select dates will also feature appearances from X-COPS and Atomic Rule, ensuring each night is stacked and that this will be the fall tour not to be missed.

The tour kicks off October 27th in Charlottesville, VA, and will tear through major cities across the U.S. and Canada, including a special appearance aboard The Headbangers Boat, before wrapping up December 12th in Norfolk, VA. Expect a full-scale blood-drenched production of heavy metal, horror, and comedy with relentless energy, and plenty of surprises as GWAR tangles with their prodigal child Gor Gor.

Speaking about the tour, The Berserker Blothar says:

“As both father and mother to our precious dinosaur Gor Gor, my hearts break to see what he has become: a crack-addicted truck-stop lizard-of-the-evening. We didn’t raise him to hustle his cloaca up and down the street. It is time for some tough love! Come watch as GWAR lays a whoopin’ on his giant red ass on the ‘Gor Gor Must Die Tour’ with Midnight, Mac Sabbath, X-Cops, and Atomic Rule.”

2026 Headline Tour Kicks Off Saturday, April 25

With their seventh studio album VINDICATE available in two weeks, Black Veil Brides are back with a collaboration the metal world never saw coming.

“Revenger” featuring Machine Head is the latest song (the seventh if you are keeping score) from their Spinefarm debut out on May 8th. The track frames vengeance as fantasy and delusion, following a self-styled avenger convinced that retribution could deliver justice. “Revenger” featuring Machine Head further showcases the versatility of the band comprised of vocalist Andy Biersack, guitarists Jake Pitts and Jinxx, bassist Lonny Eagleton, and drummer Christian Coma.

“I have always been interested in the sort of ethical dilemma that we have culturally of cheering for justice. I thought it would be an interesting exercise to write lyrics from the perspective of someone who is trying to seek out the ultimate form of justice.

Because I was writing from someone else’s voice, this felt like the kind of song that would be best served by having someone else’s voice on the song. So, we brought in Robb Flynn of Machine Head. The reason he came to mind first was of course his voice, tonality and style I thought was perfect for this. He is also someone who was one of the first real defenders of Black Veil Brides. In the early days when we were getting absolutely shit on by every other metal band, Robb Flynn and Machine Head stood up for us and said positive things about us and has maintained that for years and years.

I think it’s one of my favorite songs on the record.”

The song is available via all digital service providers here: https://BlackVeilBrides.lnk.to/Revenger

A visualizer for “Revenger” feat. Machine Head can also be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F680LN6MBNs.

A companion novel called Revenger written by Biersack and distributed by Simon & Schuster is available for purchase here.

The band recently made headlines when the track “Woe & Pain” from VINDICATE was used in the hype package between Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton for Wrestlemania 42.

With anticipation building at every turn, Black Veil Brides are preparing to release their highly anticipated seventh studio album, Vindicate. Previously released singles including “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” “Certainty” and “Vindicate” have already showcased the band’s continued musical evolution while maintaining the theatrical intensity that has defined their sound.

Devin Townsend launches new single ‘Home At Night

Devin Townsend launches delicate and expansive new single ‘Home At Night’

Second single taken from ambitious, orchestral-metal opus ‘The Moth’

“The Moth is about the journey—but it is also about arrival”

Canadian metal maverick Devin Townsend recently announced the long-awaited release of his ambitious, orchestral-metal opus ‘The Moth’, out 29th May 2026 via InsideOutMusic.

An album over a decade in the making, it existed in the back of Devin Townsend’s mind as his “life’s work”. Then, about six years ago, after an acoustic show in Amsterdam, Townsend was approached by the head of the North Netherlands’ Orchestra and Choir with an offer; and with that moment The Moth stopped being an idea and began to become a reality.

Today, Devin is pleased to release the video for the track ‘Home At Night’; a track that shows a more delicate side of ‘The Moth’, but one that is no less expansive. Watch the video, produced by longtime collaborator Mike Zimmer, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ft-oXVpP4I

Devin comments: “For the second song we release from ‘The Moth’, I present ‘Home at Night’. One of the first pieces written for the project, it came from the difficulty of being away from home with young kids and a family.

The video reflects my relationship with the more “drama student” side of my personality, with a healthy dose of the “trolololo guy” aesthetic 🙂

Within the arc of The Moth, the song is sung from the point of view of the antagonist on the verge of leaving for battle. The broader story will unfold in time (if people are interested), but at its core, ‘The Moth’ is a dystopian reflection on transformation—going through the fire to meet ourselves, maintaining equilibrium in difficult moments, and not letting our light fade as the old falls away and the new takes its place.”

Both the album version and ‘The Afterlife’ version of ‘Home At Night’ can be streamed now here: https://dvn.lnk.to/HomeAtNight

Watch the previously released video for ‘Enter The City’ here: https://youtu.be/Ih78rQZT8U4

The Moth constitutes 3 distinct parts across its release. In addition to the main album, The Moth – The Afterlife highlights the grandeur of the orchestra & choir, in what might be considered a more pure version of The Moth experience. The Moth – The War is a recording of the live musical debut that took place in March 2025 in The Netherlands, showcasing the raw emotion of performing The Moth for the very first time.

The Moth will be available on several formats including Ltd Deluxe 3CD+Blu-ray Artbook that includes the album on CD1, ‘The Moth – The Afterlife’ on CD2 & ‘The Moth – The War (Live)’ on CD3. The Blu-ray includes the full ‘The Moth – The War’ live film, as well as Dolby Atmos & High Resolution Stereo Mixes of the ‘The Moth’ and ‘The Moth – The Afterlife’. It will also be available as Limited 2CD Edition (including ‘The Moth-The Afterlife’ on CD2), Standard CD Jewelcase and as Gatefold Triple-Gatefold 180g 2LP & Fold-Out LP-booklet, as well as digitally.
