  1. My favorite New Year’s story is the one where my family and I went to Disney World for the Millenium Celebration. We had a great evening until it was tiem to go home. It took us four hours to travel 12 miles back to our house. A man fell asleep behind the wheel on an exit ramp, holding up the already backed up traffic. It was so much fun though.

  2. went to dinner on first date…when we went for our salad table was bussed, drinks taken, then when food was served meat was inedible. We laughed and married 10 months later

  3. New Year’s in Vegas is the best. It is one gigantic mosh pit of people. The hotels are lined with fence to keep everyone trapped in the street. Mayhem breaks out after the fire works are shot off of every hotel. Best experience ever!

  4. don’t do anything for new years anymore, it’s just another day/night

  5. Every New Year’s Eve, my mom and I make a homemade Italian sausage bread and we sit around the television watching The Godfather . It’s become a tradition in my household.

  6. We usually spend it with friends playing champaigne pong!! A great way to ring in the new year!

  7. I always liked staying up late with my mom watching movies till the ball dropped. She would always yell “happy new year” outside at the top of her lungs. I always thought she was kind of silly but now I want to do that with my kids.

  8. We go to the river and spend it with family and friends. A time to reconnect with old friends and make new friends.

  9. My favorite New Year’s Eve Story is years ago when my husband and I decided at the last minute to go to the Rose Parade in Pasadena. It’s about a 7 hour drive for us, so we drove all night, went to the parade and came home the that same day. Don’t know if I could do that now!

  10. New Years Eve in Times Square – its a crazy thing to do – you usually freeze and surrounded by loud drunks, but you have to do it at least once in your lifetime! I’ve got to admit, it was an electric experience and at times, there was almost a group connection with a mass of people. It was a great experience to share with loved ones and friends (but not more than once!)

  11. I like going to my friends house to celebrate until somtime in the morning hours.

  12. My favorite New Year’s Eve story is when my husband and I got married. It was a second wedding for both of us, and we got married at 12:30 am on January 1, 1983. We are still happily married!!

  13. Well let’s see my favorite New Years eve story would have to be 2 years ago when I was 4 months pregnant, even though I couldn’t drink my hubby rented us a suite with a hot tub and we had strawberries and a candlelit bubble bath. He was so supportive during my entire pregnancy.

  14. There is nothing better than to spend it with family and friends celebrating until late in the morning hours.

  15. Best new years ever would have to be when I was alot younger, my family took us to a party at some rich person’s house. They had champagne, lots of food, and fire works. It was so fun.

  16. I always spend the holiday with family drinking atole and eating lots of mexican foods.
