  1. well my favorite pony is applejack. she is my fav because im just drawn to her character i cant really explain why. but my favorite shipping/paring is applejack/rainbow dash aka appledash. if i won this i would wear it with pride. brohoof/)

  2. I’d have to say my favorite pony out of the ones I like is Twilight Sparkle. Why? Because she, to me, is a shining beacon of hope for the people with Asperger’s that even as I age, I’m still trying to find my place in the world. I know that I won’t be accepted everywhere, but at least I can get myself out there. It’s hard for me to communicate with other people without coming off as socially awkward, or I just keep quiet. I still fear being accepted with friends, and it’s incredibly difficult to notice emotions from another perspective. Like Twilight, I believe nothing without proof.

  3. It’s definitely a tough choice when it come to choosing only ONE favorite pony, but if it really came down to it, I would have to pick Princess Luna. Even after being banished by her own sister for a thousand years, she apologized first(Celestia never did.) which means she not only realized her mistakes, but also has the patience to not hold grudges. She can also enter dreams, how cool is that? And I’m a bit of a night owl myself, and have an interest in astronomy, so I appreciate Luna’s night more than most.

She is crazy, goofy and loves to laugh a fear and has a huge heart full of love… I consider our personalities similar… I’d like to win the hoodie for my baby brother… He loves rainbow dash, watches every show possible and when he visits his triplet, niece and nephew’s on weekends… They all watch it together… He is my amazing brother and he graduates this year, what better gift…

  13. Pinkie Pie is best pony! Every time I need cheering up all I have to do is watch her. She has a really quirky sense of humor and I love that about her. She also doesn’t often do things logically but somehow they still work out. She’s always upbeat and caring and I find her inspirational. Sure, she makes mistakes, as does everyone, but she always tries to do better and make people smile. The world needs more Pinkie Pies!

  14. Rainbow Dash, obviously 20% cooler. But it’s not just that, some people speculate that RD is best pony to someponies do to the fact that in our fandom being male orientated although females exist as well and are a huge part of it, but for the sake of simplification, she seems to be the most relatable character on the show. Being tom-boyish and radical. However I don’t believe this is the main reason and more subtle hints from the show itself seem to point towards a stronger, deeper character devel. I think RD has the most potential to make friends and share love and friendship to a wider audience with her outgoing and love-able personality. I believe that come next season we’ll see a deeper character development and stronger personality come fourth from my personal favorite from the show. Rainbow Dash deserves her title of “Best Pony.”

  15. My favorite pony is Pinkie Pie because she let’s me know that in every little thing there is joy and laughter no matter the situation. There’s always time to love, laugh and happiness even if it’s toward your friends. Her personality alone made me fall in love with the show and i’m so glad i checked it out.

  16. Who’s my favorite pony, hmm. That’s a tough one, but I think I’m going to have to go with Fluttershy. Why Fluttershy? Well we both have the same quiet personality. If I was magically transported to Equestria, she would be the first person (pony…?) I would befriend.I also love animals and find it awesome how every animal just kind of obeys her.

Rainbow Dash is my favorite pony because she has confidence in her own abilities, she derives her self-worth, to a degree, from them – but she also has confidence in the abilities of her friends. She pushes Fluttershy because she knows that Fluttershy won’t push herself. Sometimes she goes overboard, but overall, she’s a great friend to have at your side.

    Rainbow Dash isn’t superficially nice. She’s arrogant, she’s a bit rough around the edges and she keeps her feelings to herself most of the time. But her heart is in the right place. And that’s what I think matters, and why Rainbow Dash is best pony.

  26. Most definitely Barnacle (1987-88)! All of my favorite MLP-ponies are from ‘Big Brother Ponies’-series, or otherwise gents 😉 Barnacle is with power and “good looks” and effective colours. Altough Barnacles pirate hat isn’t that scaqry 😉 Barnacle has been my favorite pony since little girl.

  35. My favorite pony is Twilight Sparkle. The reason being, is that I can relate to her: Being to oneself, not being very athletic, and spending most of ones time studying or researching. But the main thing I like the most about her, is her never give-up attitude. Examples of this quality are shown in the season 1, 2, and 3 being episode.When Twilight faced off with Nightmare Moon, Discord, and Sombra, she had to find a way to defeat them even in extreme measures. When all hope seemed lost, Twilight still found a way to win even in the darkness of despair: grasping on the light of friendship and hope. Twilight also has moments of wisdom. In some episodes, she would give words of wisdom when other characters would be in certain situations. Twilight, in some cases, could be a role model due to her aspects ad characteristics. All of her attributes make her “Best Pony.”

  41. I love Pinkie Pie. Her every appearance is hilarious. My absolute favorite is in the very first episode when she first meets Twilight Moon and runs away like a lunatic to plan a party. Rainbow Dash is a close second.

My favorite pony is Luna. not for her jokes or about her cute nature but because of her dark past. in the early years of her reign no one loved her, appreciated her she was lonely, much like i was early on in my life. (bullying, harassment) so i can relate to her. what’s better is not only did she (with the help of the mane 6) overcome this darkness that had surrounded her, but she also taught that lesson that nobody is perfect, and that no matter who we are or what we have done, that all of us can work towards a brighter future and finding our true friends.

I actually enjoy running because I’m pretty fast 😛 I am considered tomboyish by a lot of my friends and I’ve always been loyal and not afraid to run from a fight.   84. Hey guys, my favourite pony is Rainbow Dash. Personality wise, I feel that she’s kinda like me in the way that she acts all cool and better than everyone else but deep down she knows that her friends would love her no matter how she acted and that she loves them as much as they love her. I suppose that basically, she’s easy to relate to and she makes me feel calm because she’s cocky and i’m cocky but she’s still loved and it makes me feel that my friends love me too.
    She’s also quite active and fit and aspires to do the best at what she does which in turn inspires me to keep trying at what i do so i can do the best i can at everything that matters to me. In short, i think that i can relate to a lot of things that Rainbow Dash does and how she acts, this is why she is my favourite pony.
